Description: Ok, this is the ride that you've been waiting for. An EASY Georgia 300k. Sort of.
First off, we'll pay homage to the fact that there's no such thing as
an easy 187 mile day. But it's flat, and flat is easy, right? Mostly,
but there's always a catch, and here it is: This ride follows the
Silver Comet Trail, and it starts at 6am.
"So, what's the catch?" you might ask. The Silver Comet is only open
during daylight hours. Your challenge, should you accept it, is to
finish this course in the 15 hours of daylight that we have that day.
That's an average of about 12mph. We couldn't make it too easy, could

Rider Notes: You will come back to your vehicle at the Cedartown Depot after 104 miles, so this is a good place to stash some extra food/gear. Front and rear lights, reflective vest, and reflective ankle straps are required for this brevet (even though finishing before dark is recommended).
